Holden, formerly known as General Motors-Holden, was an Australian subsidiary company of General Motors. Founded in Adelaide, South Australia, it was an automobile manufacturer, importer, and exporter that sold cars under its own marque in Australia. In its last three years, it switched entirely to importing cars. It was headquartered in Port Melbourne, with major industrial operations in the states of South Australia and Victoria. Replacement Engines and Parts
There are some vehicles that arrive with a bang and immediately capture the hearts of the buying public, and then there are a few that offer tremendous value, but which never seem to get the love that they deserve. The Holden Captiva falls into the latter category, and it is getting ready to make its swan song after 13 years on the market. There can be no denying that this was a vehicle packed with value, but the Australian public never really managed to fall in love with it.
