Imported engines

Looking at Nissan import engines, if you’ve visited a major motor show in the past few years, you will have probably noticed that automakers have stated showing off all kinds of new technologies. Many of the new developments in Australia are being made in the import engine auto industry and done in an effort to introduce consumers to the idea of eco-friendly engines Nissan and Renault vehicles. The major cities of the world continue to spread outwards, creating traffic congestion that leads to less than friendly skies and breathable air. Hybrids, electrics, and even hydrogen fuel cell vehicles are being phased in, and the streets make start to look a little different in the coming years.

import engines nissan Nissan are one company that is on the cutting edge of these new technologies, and they will show off 4 Nissan New Mobility Concepts (NNMC) at the upcoming New York Motor Show. One of the models is a micro electric vehicle that looks a bit like an urban Smart Car. It may be small in stature, but Nissan believes that these types of vehicles will be needed as cities continue to grow and driving and parking spaces continue to get tighter and tighter. These small cars are a clean alternative to the gas guzzlers that are on the roads right now, and with batteries used to power these cars, the need for import motors across the world may start to diminish.

That is still something that is a long way off, though, as there are going to be a lot of people who are not entirely sold on this new mode of transport. 10 of the new vehicles are being tested on the streets of San Francisco as we speak, and the early results seem to be largely positive. It also helps that the West Coast of the US has the infrastructure in place that helps drivers of all-electric vehicles recharge while they are on the go.

orange-nissanThis is not the first vehicle of this type that we have seen, as the NNMC is actually based on the Renault Twizy. That particular little car has been on the streets of Europe since 2012, but the classification of that one has made the sale of it impossible in Australia. This is because the Twizy is classified as a quadricycle, which is a segment that does not exist in Australia. That in turn means that it cannot be classified as a street legal vehicle.

Import vehicles are big business in Australia, and it would certainly be interesting to see how these micro EV’s would be received in this part of the world. For now, though, drivers are going to have to be content with their traditional cars and import engines, as we are probably not going to see these Nissan micro cars arrive in the Sunshine Coast and beyond for quite some time. The good news is that the availability of import motors in Australia is very good, so there is no reason to make the switch right now.
